Retail to HQ Stretch Program

Designing a launchpad for growth and opportunity

My wonderful team and I designed an award-winning, end-to-end learning journey to support retail-based employees exploring career paths in corporate functions.

We built a cohort-based development program that celebrated the unique strengths retail teammates bring to the broader organization. The experience created space for high-quality, consistent development focused on confidence building, storytelling, and connection to Nike’s culture and strategy. Along the way, participants built critical skills, deepened their business insight, and imagined and navigated their next steps forward.

The result
A scalable experience that increased internal promotions, supported retention, and strengthened the talent pipeline.

Leadership Transition Experience

Making the moment. Mapping what’s next.

Designed a one-day experience for an intact executive team as they stood at the threshold of transformation. The goal: honor where they’d been, align around where they were going, and prepare to lead others forward with clarity and purpose.

The day unfolded across five purposeful excursions—each one inviting reflection, connection, and visioning. Leaders revisited key moments, pulled forward essential lessons, and crafted a shared story of future success. They imagined the outcomes, shifts, and impact their leadership could unlock one year into the future—and grounded those possibilities in clear intentions.

Culture Conversation

Designing an experience to activate shared commitment

Currently designing a one-day immersive experience to introduce and bring to life a new set of Culture Aspirations for a global organization. These aspirations represent more than values—they are a social contract, rooted in both how the organization needs to work and how its people work best.

The experience is being crafted to deepen commitment, spark reflection, and foster open conversation. It invites teammates to explore their own connection to the aspirations and build shared understanding of what it looks like to live them, individually and collectively.

The objective
To center the user, provoke meaningful dialogue, and shift hearts and minds through a purposeful, people-first experience. As we build, we are testing with real users to ensure every element resonates and supports lasting change.
